This web site is designed especially for you, our direct link in the distribution chain and for your retail agents. We designed another Web site www.eprma.org that is specifically directed at the general public although everyone is welcome to both sites. Most of the information contained can be cut and pasted or downloaded. It is intended to help you communicate with you agents and with your insureds. We dedicate ourselves to empowering you to sell EPLI products by providing the right tools—automated forms, brochures and especially product knowledge. Together we can provide the sales collateral confidence and motivation to help their clients protect their businesses and protect their managers

We pioneered the stand-alone EPLI product in 1994 and helped the product grow to over $1.3 Billion in premium. We innovated the digital issuance of policies, and an we were one of the first to transition completely to an email and digitally based operation. We pioneered the development of an Employment Practices Liability Risk Management product that has been approved by the federal courts and the EEOC. With our strategic alliance with Martin LaPointe we innovated the centralized charge response for claims handling. Caroline Kollar, Joel Damian and Olivia Sanchez are the most experiencd and personable EPLI underwriters in the business. Kevin Ribble can underwrite your affinity group and deliver a program that is responsive and cost effective. He can do this because we have the actuarial data, acumen and carrier relationships.

Edgewater continues to press forward with innovative ideas. Look for us to provide you with automated documents that will allow you to reduce the friction cost of handling items and exciting new Risk Management products.
